FLOREXLEAD NETWORK

PRIVACY & RECORDINGS

Information with a purpose.

FLOREX Holdings LLC operates FLOREX Lead Network. This policy explains the information used to connect inquiries, manage buyer accounts, and review delivery.

Effective September 7, 2026

Information we collect

We may collect business and representative names, billing email, receiving phone numbers, service areas, schedules, offer acceptance, support messages, and payment references. For service inquiries, information may include the caller’s phone number, service location or ZIP code, service request, call status, receiving history, and consent choices. Consented recordings may produce transcripts, summaries, and review evidence.

Why we use it

We use information to evaluate market fit, route requested inquiries, deliver lead services, verify acceptance and payment, manage prepaid balances, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, provide support, and maintain service records. Automated summaries help human review; they can be incomplete or incorrect.

Who receives information

Relevant inquiry details may be shared with the independent service provider receiving the inquiry. Our service providers include Twilio for telephony, recording and selected analysis, Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for application hosting. They process information as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legitimate rights and service security.

The referral service

Connecting a requested inquiry with a provider is part of our referral service. We do not publish customer recordings or sell unrelated contact lists through this website.

Payments

Stripe hosts payment collection and saved-payment setup. FLOREX does not receive your full card number or security code in its forms. We retain provider references, payment amounts and statuses, and limited payment-method details needed to manage your authorization and receipts.

Recording choices

Conversation recording uses the phone prompts to request consent before capture. A caller can choose the offered unrecorded path. Recording-capable voicemail prompts separately explain recording and ask for agreement. Do not leave sensitive information unrelated to the service request. Recordings and their analysis are available through authorized access for review.

Retention and deletion

Our routine retention period for commercial call audio and associated analysis is 90 days after capture. An open dispute, an unresolved review, or a legal preservation need may extend retention. After those matters are resolved, eligible audio and analysis are scheduled for deletion. Transaction, consent, and dispute records may be retained separately where needed for business records and legal obligations. Private development-test recordings are retained for owner review until deliberately deleted.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact below. We verify the requester’s relationship to the account or inquiry and explain any information that must be retained. Deleting audio does not erase the historical fact that a test, lead, payment, or review occurred.

Cookies and security

Private account access uses essential cookies and expiring, revocable invitation links. We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side payment verification, and restricted access to recordings. Keep your invitation private. This public website does not add advertising trackers as part of its initial release.
